In the early 90’s as his restaurant business grew, Steve favored the rugged build, drivability and luxury of a Mercedes-Benz SUV to tackle his challenging morning and late evening all-weather commutes between his suburban home and Boston restaurants. In search of his new ride, Steve made his first visit to Herb Chambers Flagship Motorcars of Lynnfield. The visit not only changed his idea of the “usual spotty and unenthusiastic dealership customer service” he’d experienced when shopping for past vehicles– but firmly planted the Chambers royal treatment in his car shopping “win column” ever since!

Steve’s latest experience was a real eye opener…as he relates another story of unparalleled customer service. “Recently, I was in a small ‘fender-bender’ accident in Boston and had called the dealership but my schedule did not allow me to get the car to the dealership for repair. A day or so after my call, I was greeted at the restaurant by a flat-bed truck for my damaged car and a Mercedes-Benz loaner car for temporary use while my car was fixed! This was unbelievable…I mean who does this! These experiences are precisely the reason why I have happily referred at least 100 or more friends, family and employees to The Chambers Companies for all kinds of vehicles over the years.”

Just last week, I personally took a friend visiting from Rhode Island to Chambers Motorcars of Boston — she immediately learned why it was worth the trip.
