<p>Steve’s latest experience was a real eye opener…as he relates another story of unparalleled customer service. “Recently, I was in a small ‘fender-bender’ accident in Boston and had called the dealership but my schedule did not allow me to get the car to the dealership for repair. A day or so after my call, I was greeted at the restaurant by a flat-bed truck for my damaged car and a Mercedes-Benz loaner car for temporary use while my car was fixed! This was unbelievable…I mean who does this! These experiences are precisely the reason why I have happily referred at least 100 or more friends, family and employees to The Chambers Companies for all kinds of vehicles over the years.”</p>
